We are one of the leading independent letting agents and have undertaken rentals and property management since our inception over thirty years ago. We constantly provide our Landlords with important updates as to their legal rights and updating our software to ensure all transactions runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are members of ARLA Propertymark which is the professional self-regulatory body for the residential lettings industry. This means that we have substantial professional indemnity insurance and all clients’ money is protected under the Associations bonding scheme, furthermore we are also members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

We have a team of highly skilled professional staff in both lettings and management, all have attended ARLA training courses ensuring they are up to date with all legislation and to ensure they have a comprehensive working knowledge of the complexities and legal requirements of the letting business.

The link between our lettings and management service is seamless, once we value the property we will find a tenant, draw up an appropriate agreement, arrange the inventory check-in, an EPC together with other associated paperwork. If managed we will ensure the property is kept in good order, process rental payments until the tenancy ends when we organise a check-out and the deposit is returned….the property then made ready for the next tenant.

We have excellent long term relations with national and international corporations, foreign banks, embassies and universities who regularly use our services. In addition we have a close working relationship with all relocation companies who provide the search service for numerous international entities.
