Paul Bennett, Director

As reported by the media, the Government has now lifted restrictions on moving home and we will be back working from our St John’s Wood office from Monday 18th 2020.

We do have to follow certain guidelines in respect of social distancing and, of course, ensuring health and safety is a priority, but from next week the following applies:-

-Moving home is acceptable

-We can place your property on the market

-Viewings can be organised

-Valuations can be undertaken

-Surveyors can carry out surveys

-Trades people can carry out all necessary tasks

Please note however that in order to carry out these processes we have to follow certain Government led guidelines which are as follows:-

-Video viewings should be applied in the first instance prior to a physical viewing

-Viewers must make their own way to the property where we will meet them, and the request is to avoid public transport.

-Viewings can only be with one household

-Viewers must confirm that they are not suffering any Covid 19 symptoms

-Before entering the property mask and gloves must be worn. The landlord/seller may impose other requirements.

-Nothing should be touched in the property.

-The property will be presented with open doors and windows where possible.

-Any occupant of the property will be asked to vacate the premises during the viewing.

With regard to our office re-opening, we will have a skeleton staff on site initially and we will have to restrict numbers of visitors entering the office. Should you wish to meet up please do call the office and we can organise an appointment for you.

Thanks for all your support and lets all keep safe.

Regards

Paul Bennett
