We've started the year with some positive sales and letting activity and, despite all the media doom and gloom, have embarked on making some real changes here at B&B.
We have just completed a repaint of our office with a distinctive color change that certainly makes us stand out along St John's Wood Terrace and have also just launched our brand new state of the art Behr&Butchoff website that, apart from showcasing some wonderful properties, also features a stunning Aeriel Movie of St John's Wood with some great rooftop views of this elegant neighbourhood especially the views over Lords Cricket Ground and the surrounding Royal Parks.
In addition we have just taken on a new member of our Flat Sales team, Mehran Heidari, he joins us from another local estate agency and brings with him a solid real estate knowledge base together with a wealth of energy and enthusiasm.
