We are probably one of the leading Letting Agents in NW London, having had a dedicated and highly successful Letting Department since our inception.We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents 'ARLA' which is the professional self-regulatory body for the letting industry. This means that we have substantial compulsory professional indemnity insurance and client’s money is protected through the Association’s bonding scheme.
The Department is staffed by negotiators who have attended and passed ARLA training courses and sit the appropriate proficiency examinations to ensure they have a comprehensive working knowledge of the complexities and legal requirements of the letting business.
We have over the years forged strong links and excellent working relationships with many national and international corporations, foreign banks and embassies who regularly use our services.
